Celebration Crowns

Create a handmade wool felt crown for birthdays, holidays, dress-up, or any occasion worth celebrating! In this two-part class, you’ll design and sew a reusable celebration crown using colorful wool felt and your choice of decorative details.

In Part One, we’ll build the crown, learn the basics of working with wool felt, and plan your design. In Part Two, we’ll bring it all together with appliqué, embroidery, and other finishing touches that make your crown uniquely yours.

You’ll leave with a finished celebration crown that can come out year after year—or become a very special handmade gift.

Skill level: Beginner-friendly. Basic hand-sewing skills are helpful but not required.
