Pink Tiger Fabric & Yarn is Avondale Estates' local spot for fabric, yarn, notions, weaving supplies, embroidery, and all things fiber arts.

Founded in 2026 with the conviction that everyone should have access to fiber arts, Pink Tiger offers a wide range of yarn weights, colors and bases, as well as fabrics for quilting and garment making.

Why "Pink Tiger"?

The name showed up before the full vision did. I kept coming back to it because it felt like the energy I wanted the space to have — creative, bold, welcoming, expressive, a little wild.

Meet the Owner

Hi, I'm Jacquie! Like a lot of creatives, I've been making in one form or another all my life.

I remember learning how to sew pillows on my mom's old Babylock sewing machine when I was six. Growing up, I was always the artsy kid.

When I went to school for my M.Div, I started quilting stoles for people whose churches wouldn't ordain them because of their sexuality or gender identity. 

I've always dreamed of owning a fabric and yarn shop, but it was always too big of a dream to admit to. Now, I get to share that dream with you!
